Big Data & AI World has a number of exclusive accommodation offers in London, within 10 minutes of ExCeL and with easy access to Central London, available to those who are visiting and exhibiting at the event. You can access these hotel offers via our partner Event Express.

You can register your interest for 2025 here. Your badge will provide you with free access to all our co-located shows: Cloud Expo Europe, DevOps Live, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Big Data & AI World and Data Centre World. 

There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry towards Big Data & AI World for the entire duration of the event. Also, if you can only make it for an hour or two, that is okay too!

Big Data & AI World is a free-to-attend event. 

The seminar and keynote sessions are free to attend and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will receive your badge by post approximately 2 weeks before the show.

When you register you will be sent a confirmation email. This email contains your 5 digit registration code. Simply print off this email or note down the code and bring it with you to the show where we will print you another badge.

If you forget your code, just provide your name at the registration desk and we will locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

Yes, ExCeL has cloakrooms where you can leave your belongings for a small charge.

As a professional networking environment, we kindly ask that attendees do not bring children to the event.

Students will ONLY be permitted to attend Big Data & AI World from day two of the show at 14:00PM where our student-focused content will take your talent to the next level.
