Having held numerous senior technology, operations and business roles, Lee is an accomplished CIO, CDO and Head of Innovation. His blend of business acumen and creativity brings a unique perspective on driving business change: he built the foundations for BBC Online and OnDigital (the world's first digital television service); developed the idea for the UK Faster Payments service and chaired the industry bodies that delivered it; and is the independent Chair of the Bank of England's Transforming Data Collection board - a strategic 10 year initiative to transform financial services regulation using data and AI.
