Landsbankinn, the largest financial services institution in Iceland, implemented a Data Mesh strategy to enable their domains to produce their own products, to be consumed later by the business users through the logical data warehouse.  With the new Denodo-enabled architecture in place, all users have ready access to trusted data, there are no competing versions of “the truth,” and security and governance can easily be managed over the entire infrastructure via a single point of control.  Thanks to the modern data management platform, Landsbankinn has a much easier implementation of GDPR regulations and it’s a huge benefit for the bank.
