Insight and Data Product Lead, John Lewis Partnership
Lydia is a member of the Data, Insight and Analytics Senior Leadership Team at John Lewis Partnership (JLP), which she joined in July 2021. She is responsible for leading areas including JLP customer analysis and conversations with the executive team, developing scalable data products and the engagement and education of the 200-person team. Prior to joining JLP Lydia spent time leading an analytics team at Zoopla; developing global AI-enabled products at EY and leading data analytics and science client engagements at EY. Lydia started her career as a data scientist at a specialty insurer after graduating from UCL with a Mathematics and Statistical Science MSci.
