Kat has been transforming organisations through data and technology leadership for the past 20 years – most recently as a senior director specialising in strategy, governance & literacy, data mesh and operating models. She was most recently at ITV and, before that, at Travelex – where she developed and implemented an end to end data transformation programme. Kat is a keynote speaker on a range of topics: strategy, data mesh and DEI in data teams. In 2021, she was thrilled to integrate her lifelong commitment to ESG into her data career, founding a data-for-good startup: MenopauseX – data analytics to improve wellbeing.
