Within Loreal, Jenna designed & launched; Club Matrix’ one of the largest B2B loyalty programs within the UK’s professional hair-care industry. Winning second place at the 2019 DMA awards for ‘Best Digital Performance’ and third for ‘Best B2B Industry Solution’. Currently Jenna’s focus is designing and piloting Loreal’s B2B global customer eco-system. Building a single view database that enriches the relationship between brand and the customer.
