Jane leads IBM’s WW Global Real Estate organization. Her team manages IBM’s more than 700 locations throughout 100+ countries worldwide. These locations are comprised of over 50+ million square feet of space including, office space, data center, manufacturing, development and lab space for over 300K employees and contractors within IBM's facilities. Jane’s team is responsible for the execution of IBM’s real estate related sustainability goals including IBM’s net-zero by 2030, 90% waste diversion, and 90% renewable energy goals. In addition to improving the sustainability of IBM’s operations, she is focused on inspiring others’ sustainability journeys by demonstrating what is possible when IBM’s products and services are leveraged at the global enterprise scale.
