Andy is Head of Data and Analytics at Grainger plc, the UKs largest listed residential landlord. With over 10,000 rental homes, Grainger, a market leader in the UK Private Rented Sector and the emerging Build-to Rent sector, is changing the way people rent in the UK by delivering high quality homes and an excellent customer service offering, creating a hassle-free rental experience. Andy has spent over 15 years developing the analytics capabilities of organisations in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Grainger Andy worked in the NHS using data and analytics to be a catalyst for better health, working with and leading teams involved in supporting the NHS and wider government in the planning for Brexit and the response to Covid-19. In 2021 he joined Grainger plc, taking on a transformational role that would put data at the heart of decision making and build a team responsible for unlocking the value held within the data that underpins the FTSE250 residential landlord. During his time at Grainger, Andy has delivered a number of groundbreaking projects that have positively influenced the way that Grainger operates, whilst also making a positive impact on both the resident and colleague experience. Andy is highly regarded as an authoritative speaker in UK data. His genuine passion for all things data combined with his extensive experience mean he is regularly invited to share his views and thoughts on panels at both property and data conferences throughout the UK.
