Pangeanic, together with European broadcasters UAB, IDC, Infalia, and Fincons, has secured nearly €2 million in EU funding to develop Mosaic—a European TV and video news portal designed for citizens. This AI-powered platform aims to transform media consumption by providing multilingual search, streaming, transcription, and translation services for European news and audiovisual content. By incorporating advanced AI technologies for subtitling, dubbing, and accessibility, Mosaic enhances cross-border information sharing and helps European broadcasters compete with global streaming giants. The project aligns with the EU Data Strategy, promoting multilingualism and a cohesive European media identity.
The Mosaic project, led by Pangeanic in collaboration with European media partners, is an AI-driven portal for TV and video news.
