Accessible AI – How AI is Changing the Future of Accessibility
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionising the way we support individuals with accessibility needs, particularly those in the neurodivergent community. In my talk, I will discuss how access to AI technologies such as Language Models and Copilots is making a difference in both business and education.
One example of this is BT, a company that is using AI to reimagine how we support all employees, but especially those with accessibility needs. Similarly, an edtech company is using AI to transform the way we teach children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) how to read. By harnessing the power of AI, we can provide personalized and effective support to those who need it most.
The key to this transformation is upskilling and providing support for all people with accessibility needs. With the help of AI, we can create a more inclusive and accessible future for everyone. Join me as I showcase these exciting developments and explore the potential of AI to change lives.
